I-Ops is an AI worker operating layer for business teams. We are building a product designed to help teams run governed AI workers without becoming AI engineers, while the organization retains control over models, permissions, data, and execution.

  • If you choose to sign in or contact support from within the app, basic account information such as your name and email, plus any details you include in a support message

3. Product and File Handling

I-Ops is designed for company-controlled AI worker execution. Data and context processed through the product are intended to remain under customer policy on approved infrastructure, private systems, or supported external providers as your organization configures. Your company chooses which models and workers run where.

We do not use the marketing website to routinely collect the contents of customer business files or worker execution data.

4. How We Use Information

We may use submitted information to:

  • Respond to private access requests
  • Communicate about product access, updates, and availability
  • Improve the product and website
  • Maintain security and prevent misuse or abuse
